Fast Food High School

Fast Food High School is a fotonovela about themes that are important to all of us - food, personal choice, and being cool. It addresses certain critical issues deriving from the fast food environment and their impact on the health of families in local communities. The fotonovela was acted and scripted by students at Soledad High School, in Monterey County. The project was funded by California Food, Fiber and Future's Food, Diet and Health Action Project. UCCE grants permission for teachers and health educators to download and copy this novela for educational use.

Fast Food High School II is another fotonovela about themes that are important to all of us - food, personal choice, being cool - and body image.  It addresses critical issues deriving from the fast food and media environment and their impact on adolescent health in local communities.  The fotonovela was acted and scripted by students at Soledad High School in Monterey County.  The project was funded by Kellogg through their "California Food and Fiber Futures: Food, Diet and Health Action Team".  UCCE grants permission for teachers and health educators to download and copy this novela for educational use.
